Studio 1 - Bay View

Perched immediately above the popular surf spot with sweeping uninterrupted views of Tauranga Bay.

Perched immediately above the popular surf spot with sweeping uninterrupted views of Tauranga Bay, we refer to this studio as the ‘Box Seat’ as perfect if you wish to watch (and hear) the activity on the water below or gaze across to the right into the stunning sandy bay.

352m studio includes a king bed, small kitchen, lounge area, luxury ensuite with a ‘state of the art’ toilet suite, private deck.

Rate: $570 per night per couple. (Sleeps 2) Price includes continental and cooked breakfast served inside the Bay House or al fresco style on main deck.

Studio 2 - Wall Island

Studio 2 faces directly onto the surf break below and out to the cluster of islands that form the backdrop to this sheltered bay.

Slightly more elevated and set behind and to the side of Studio 1, Studio 2 faces directly onto the surf break below and out to the cluster of islands that form the backdrop to this sheltered bay.

Suite 3

Set further back from the beach and access driveway,  this peaceful one bedroom native garden suite enjoys a sunny north facing deck with some sea views looking out towards Wall Island. 

This 352m suite offers a separate bedroom with ranch slider doors opening onto the deck, a king size bed, luxury ensuite, a separate kitchen/lounge room with bi fold windows opening wide to take in the sea views in the distance. 

Rate:  $460 per night per couple. (Sleeps 2) Includes continental and cooked breakfast served inside the Bay House or al fresco style on main deck.

Suite 4

Suite 4 is set partly behind The Bay House amongst the native bush with some views of the bay and Wall Island to the north, and to the south are glimpses of 9 Mile beach through the native trees.

Adjoined to Suite 3 but private, Suite 4 is set partly behind The Bay House amongst the native bush with some views of the bay and Wall Island to the north, and to the south are glimpses of 9 Mile beach through the native trees. 

This 352m suite offers a separate bedroom with French doors opening onto a small deck,  a queen size bed, luxury ensuite, separate kitchen/lounge room with large stacker doors opening onto the main north facing deck.

Rate: $440 per night per couple. (Sleeps 2) Includes continental and cooked breakfast served inside the Bay House or al fresco style on main deck.
